Lead Finance Transformation Manager - brand new opportunity for a proven Finance Transformation Manager to join a Projects team within a privately owned and ever-growing organisation.

Working alongside the Board of Directors, and in close conjunction with the Project team including Project Director, Systems Developer and Business Analysts, you will be directly responsible for helping design new procedures from an Accounting point of view, and will be adept in rolling out and implementing such a key project. We estimate this project will last around 12 months, so you'll be able to demonstrate you have successfully handed the below previously:

• Worked alongside a Project/IT team to deliver an end to end finance transformation programme
• Worked within a transformation project to a Cloud based system
• Worked alongside a Project team designing systems which are fit for purpose, and which have served to futureproof an organisation
• Using exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead a change across a function which will have to change with the times in line with business strategy
• Built cross-functional relationships where you've been key in 'taking people on a journey' to improve processes and efficiencies

You will be Qualified Accountant and may well have been involved in Management Consultancy previously where you have had to advise on key improvements which are scalable and can offer multiple solutions and adaptability. You'll be passionate about making change happen effectively, will work at an incredibly fast paced, and will absolutely be able to add value in this critical time for the business.
