Marks Sattin are currently partnering a global FMCG business who are looking for a Management Accountant/Finance Analyst to sit within the EMEA Finance team working alongside the EMEA Finance Business Partners and Commercial Finance team.

The role of Management Accountant/Finance Analyst is to be responsible for the monthly Management Accounts as well as Forecasts and Budgets for the business stream you will be supporting. In addition to this you will work with the relevant UK Directors to provide monthly financials and support them with financial matters.

As a Management Accountant/Finance Analyst in the team, the role will assume responsibility for the preparation of month end management accounts along with variance analysis to budgets & forecasts. As part of the month end you will be asked to process all accounting transactions, provide KPI reporting and prepare reconciliations.

Outside of month end you will be asked to analyse and summarise performance of the business, maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and process improvements, as well as taking on responsibility for projects and ad hoc tasks as required.

To be considered for this role, candidates will ideally be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified however finalists will be considered.
