Management Accountant / Finance Manager

We are looking for a qualified Management Accountant to head up one of this businesses key divisions by reviewing and producing accurate monthly management accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and analysing accurate and timely management accounts including commentary
• Assisting the Financial Controller and managing a small part qualified team
• Balance Sheet reviews monthly/quarterly
• Supporting year end audit
• Continual review and improvement of procedures and key controls
• Supporting a new finance system implementation
• Meeting month end deadlines

This role will work closely with the Group Financial Controller, the full Management Accounting function and wider finance teams.

The role requires a proactive person with strong excel skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

You will need to be a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with relevant experience in any industry sector.
