A reputable hospitality company based in central London are actively looking for a Management Accountant to help support the busy finance function.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible of the production of management accounts pack
• Prepare and post monthly journals in revenues, prepayments, accruals, payroll, stocks, petty cash, staff meals and transaction analysis
• Analyse and comment on performance against budget and forecast
• Attend monthly finance reviews
• Maintain the fixed asset register
• Overlook daily cash flow as well as three month forecast
• Assist with year-end audit and audit file preparation
• Assist with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Generate and upload quarterly VAT return
• Prepare and monitor payroll
• Liaise with managers, suppliers and customers with any associated queries both externally and internally.
• Oversee margin management, theoretical against actual
• Responsible for accounts payable including invoice coding, payment and expense processing and supplier file maintenance
• Responsible for account receivable including invoice tracker and debtor list
• Ad hoc finance support

The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a similar management accountant role within hospitality.

Experience on SUN software is desirable

Candidates are expected to have strong experience on Microsoft Excel
