A reputable national wine wholesaler is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team in the City of London. This is a broad role, perfect for someone who has experience working in an SME and enjoys getting involved in all aspects of finance.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the management accounts, as well as the accounts payable function/general bookkeeping. Duties include; production of month end journals, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing invoices and expenses, stock valuations, VAT returns and ad hoc duties.

The ideal candidate will have management accounts and transactional experience. You will be a part-qualified or QBE accountant with advanced skills in Excel. Prior experience working within a Retail/FMCG/Hospitality environment is advantageous. You will be a personable, team player with a natural drive to succeed.
