Role: Management Accountant

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus an exciting company benefit package

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Unique opportunity for a Management Accountant to join an international, market leading organisation.

A renowned market leader of a well known specialist product is currently looking to recruit a management accountant to join the busy accounts function, this exciting role would suit a qualified candidate looking to take ownership of a number of subsidiaries, looking to making a real impact on the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly management accounts and statistics
• Monthly variance analysis reporting
• Profitability analysis, forward planning and financial management
• Managing and mentoring 2 Assistant Management Accountant
• Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
• Calculation of all accruals and pre-payments
• Short-term revenue budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow re-forecasting and reporting
• Providing detailed analysis of each business section and linked activity and KPIs
• Assisting on preparing the monthly performance commentary
• Assisting with short and long-term planning
• Cost and Project accounting
• Assisting with the yearly budget process

Requirements

• Must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or finalist
• Previous experience within the Services sector highly beneficial
• Previous experience working within a business partnering role ideal
• Comfortable liaising with both finance and non-finance staff
• Hands on experience producing monthly management accounts
