My clients, a well known Investment Manager based in Central London are looking for a Management Accountant for a minimum of 3 months on a contract basis. They are looking for a qualified accountant who will join their management accounting team to assist with day to day activities during this busy period.
Accountabilities:-

• Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts
• Producing the budget and quarterly forecasts
• Provide variance analysis from budget, identify added-value reporting opportunities for trend analysis and commentary to assist forecasting and budgeting requirements.
• VAT reports
• Treasury management and day to day cash management
• Weekly/monthly cash flows
• Preparing and reviewing P&L and balance sheet reports
• Project/development accounting
• Ad hoc reporting to support the business as required

Mandatory Requirements for consideration:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equiv.)
• Financial Services experience would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills to both finance and non-finance individuals

Duration: 3 months with possibility of longer term extension
Day rate: £300-400 per day Ltd Company depending on experience
