Senior Manager with swift progression to Partner

The Client:

My client based in Central London are looking for a Senior Manager to join their team. The ideal person will be able to demonstrate a history of gaining new clients and a proven fee earner. They will be required to have excellent client facing skills and have experience of dealing with various industries and sectors. The client is currently experiencing rapid growth and have brought on a lot of new clients, and looking for an exceptional individual to aid in the expansion of the firm, whilst assisting in the management of the organisation.

Client base:

Fintech, IT, Recruitment, Construction, Property, Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Subsidiaries of large automotive companies and high net worth individuals.

Progression:

In terms of progression timeframes, my client are looking for someone to come in at the Senior Manager level and progress to Partner Designate within 6 months and then progress to Partner in 12 months.

Arranging and attending new client meetings

Managing a Portfolio of clients

Managing and training staff members

Client retention

The Candidate

ACA or ACCA Qualified

8-10 years UK Accountancy Practice experience

Excellent people skills and rapport building with clients

Strong communicator

Passionate about Business Development

Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
