My client is based in the heart of Leeds and is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join the Internal Audit function.

The role will involve:-

• Undertaking a wide range of process, departmental and operational audits focusing in particular on high risk areas.
• Analysis of the internal business processes, systems and controls in place to assess their effectiveness and identify instances of non-compliance with control requirements.
• Liaising with external auditors to ensure that assurance from both internal and external resources

Ideally you will be qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or IIA and have experience working in either external audit or a strong controls environment. With flexible working, my client is very open minded as to working styles and is comfortable if someone is looking at working reduced hours over 3 or 4 days.
