Market leader in the Financial Services industry currently has a great opportunity for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join their busy South Buckinghamshire offices. This is an initial 1 year fixed term contract. you will be looking after a payroll of 350 people and will act as the first point of contact for all internal and external HR and payroll queries. You will manage the monthly payroll process for the UK and Ireland to ensure all relevant and accurate payments are made on time.

Alongside this you will be tasked with managing all starters, leavers, benefits, maternity, paternity, parental flexibility, probation and season tickets making this a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will need to have demonstrable payroll administration experience with a high attention to detail. In return you can expect a salary of 20-25k dependant on experience + benefits.
