Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an SME based in Plymouth within the retail industry to recruit a Payroll Assistant. This is a 13 week contract a potential opportunity to go permanent.

The role would be a Payroll Assistant, providing support to Payroll Manager, working with them on a day-to-day basis processing data and supporting them.

Payroll Assistant Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting Payroll 4 weekly payroll.
• Prepare and input data into the payroll system.
• Production of payroll reports.
• Resolving Payroll queries.
• Adhere to the confidentiality policy/GDPR.
• Ad hoc Admin /Office duties.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Good eye for detail.
• Work to strict to deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills
• Immediately Available.
