UK & IRELAND SENIOR PAYROLL ASSISTANT - Circa £25k + Benefits

Senior Payroll Assistant - Brand new opportunity within an International business for a 'tried and tested' senior payroll assistant to join a small, close-knit team. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you'll be instrumental in all aspects of payroll and pensions and will have great exposure to the following:

  • Being the first point of contact for all payroll and pension queries for both UK/Ireland
  • Ensuring that all aspects of payroll are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Looking after up to a monthly payroll of circa 3000 employees
  • Working in line with all Tax/NI/SSP and SMP payments
  • Managing all areas of salary details and adjustments, pay calculations and increases
  • Preparing month end MI reports with commentary to senior management and other senior finance stakeholders within the organisation
  • Working in close conjunction with the HR department in relation to all aspects of payroll
