Prestigious business recently voted best place to work at local awards in the Thames Valley are seeking payroll seniors. You will work with clients based not just in the UK but across the globe and manage projects assigned to you daily.
You will work closely with internal teams within the business and be expected to provide and drive solutions to issues either internally or with your clients. Reporting to the payroll manager you will assist in payroll bids and presentations, lead team meetings and help train junior staff. You will also review costs v budgets on projects and ensure adherence to project governance. The ideal candidate will have project management exposure in the global payroll sector. CIPP and Prince2 qualifications are highly beneficial but not necessary. This role comes with a great salary and benefits package, progression is also on offer.
