Payroll Supervisor | Salford | Hybrid | 12 month FTC | £30,000+

We are actively seeking a Payroll Supervisor for a highly reputable company in Salford.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the Select Pay payroll system.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, including deductions for NI, PAYE, pensions, etc.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and handle payroll queries.
• Process absences and manage salary advances.
• Assist with statutory returns and PSA completion.
• Oversee pension contributions and casual payroll compliance.
• Coordinate with third-party partners for overseas payrolls.
• Process commission, bonus payments, and expenses in line with company guidelines.
• Issue and manage company credit cards and ensure accurate VAT accounting on expenses.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Part or fully qualified CIPP Payroll professional.
• Proficient in payroll processing and tax, NI, and pension deductions.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication, organisational, and data interpretation skills.
• Team player with good Excel skills (training provided if needed).
