Do you want to work for a growing company, offering an excellent salary and benefits package, including hybrid working?
We are actively seeking a Payroll Supervisor for a highly reputable company in Salford.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the Select Pay payroll system.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, including deductions for NI, PAYE, pensions, etc.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and handle payroll queries.
- Process absences and manage salary advances.
- Assist with statutory returns and PSA completion.
- Oversee pension contributions and casual payroll compliance.
- Coordinate with third-party partners for overseas payrolls.
- Process commission, bonus payments, and expenses in line with company guidelines.
- Issue and manage company credit cards and ensure accurate VAT accounting on expenses.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified CIPP Payroll professional.
- Proficient in payroll processing and tax, NI, and pension deductions.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong communication, organisational, and data interpretation skills.
- Team player with good Excel skills (training provided if needed).
