PMO Lead - £50,000

A PMO Lead role is required by a Global Organisation based in West London. The main focus of the role is to ensure that the Programme Management Office provides the required support for the efficient running of the global Business transformation programme in accordance with industry standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO analysts within the Business Transformation Programme office
• Responsible for workload management of Programme Management Office team and prioritisation of ad hoc work against core deliverables.
• Ensure Business Transformation programme planning, RAID and Change regime is maintained.
• Ensure Business Transformation programme resource management regime is maintained.
• Ensure Financial analysis and reporting of Business Transformation programme is maintained.
• Quality management regime, ensuring appropriate quality management at project and programme levels for the Business Transformation programme is maintained.
• Maintenance of evidence-based project and programme assurance, ensuring appropriate project and programme assurance is operated at all stages.
• Responsible to ensure PMO team contribution to Group IT Portfolio management activities.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven track record of working within a programme office for large Global transformation programmes.
• Knowledge around the creation of a PMO roadmap and ensuring team contribution to continuous improvement and delivery of required outcomes, overseeing updates /refinement to processes on all PMO areas as required.
• Experience of leading PMO Analysts within a global transformation programme.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
