A market leading Property company in Central London is currently recruiting a Portfolio Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and exciting team.

Reporting to the Team Leader your main responsibilities will include; the accurate and timely preparation of Service Charge and Statutory accounts, to work to Trial Balance, to prepare VAT returns, and to prepare quarterly client statements.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role for 1-3 years. In addition, strong communication, analytical and presentation skills are essential.

In return you will receive a very competitive salary of up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
