Start your job searchOur client is an international Financial Services firm, who are currently looking to hire a permanent Principal Business Analyst to join the HR function in their Central London office. This role is part of the firm's focus on digitalisation, as they have recently embarked on the largest scale transformation period the company has seen in over 20 years.
- The ideal Principal Business Analyst will have led HR change/transformation projects in their recent career history.
- The ideal Principal Business Analyst will have recent experience of designing and implementing customer and transactional screening solutions and processes.
- The ideal Principal Business Analyst should be capable of performing change management techniques whilst liaising with other internal change partners (such as: HROD, IT, Communications and Governance & Assurance).
- The ideal Principal Business Analyst should be able to perform project management strategies as part of the shaping of the change initiatives, projects, and programmes before distributing tasks to the appropriate teams for the execution of the transformation.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in managing and prioritising Design and Transformation backlogs.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in helping to build out a new function whilst mentoring teams of Business Analysts.
- Ideal candidates should have recent hands-on experience of designing and implementing HR transformations and HCM solutions.
