My client is seeking a Client Change Project Manager & Product Development Specialist to join the Client Change team

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate & deliver a high profile cross-jurisdictional fund consolidation project (which may include fund re-domiciliation, fund mergers &/or fund launches)

  • Ensure project scope is clearly documented and understood by all stakeholders

  • Ensure an effective project governance framework and escalation strategy is in place

  • Coordinate, prioritise, and actively manage tasks & resources as needed to meet project timelines, ensuring each work stream is delivering on project commitments

  • Ensure superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for the client and ensuring all issues are resolved appropriately - to include proactive identification of client needs

  • Management of Risk throughout the project and adherence to corporate governance procedure

  • Assist the overall Client Change Manager in co-ordinating and implementing requests received via the client's BAU product development function (fund launches, which may include ETFs) and their range management department

  • Ability to handle multiple product developments simultaneously from conception through to implementation

  • Where appropriate, recommend, establish and review procedures and process improvements

  • Addresses risks associated with potential new products to ensure adequate review of business practices and appropriate corporate governance procedures

  • Ensures compliance with divisional procedures and policies, particularly as they relate to core operating standards and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong experience leading a project or leading a work stream in a fund environment
  • Knowledge of working in management or knowledge of working on consolidation projects
  • Good working knowledge of fund accounting, custody, financial reporting and transfer agency
  • Strong problem solver and proven on delivering on projects - autonomous working
  • Must possess strong client facing, interpersonal, leadership, management & organisational skills
  • ETF knowledge would be advantageous but is not a critical requirement
