Expertise, Skills & Responsibilities
- As Salesforce Product Manager you are responsible for the ongoing strategic development of one or more products (applications) in the portfolio including all aspects of the Plan, Build, Operate lifecycle including business analysis, managing enhancements, technical testing & user support
- As Salesforce Product Manager / Salesforce CRM Manager / Salesforce Manager / Service Delivery Manager you will have responsibility of business critical products/applications 1) Investment Banking Salesforce CRM application 2) Research software application 3) Trading & business systems
- Expected you will have strong Financial Research &/or Services with investment banking or investment management
- Solid experience as Salesforce Product Manager, Salesforce CRM Manager Applications Product Manager, Business Applications Manager,
- Key aspects of the role are product management, vendor management, operational management, & Salesforce CRM (management, administration & configuration)
- Product management of outsourced products/applications (Enhancements, Upgrades, Configuration, Implementation, Support, Business analysis, Project management etc)
- Implementation, Customisation, Workflow, Process, Configuration & Support to include Customise Salesforce configure into workflows & interface with other systems
- Essential to have 5yrs+ Salesforce expertise, with in-depth Salesforce admin, & desirable to be Salesforce certified
- Experience as Salesforce CRM Manager, Salesforce Manager, Salesforce Product Manager, Salesforce Application Manager, Product Support Manager, Product Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Business Systems Manager, Business Applications Manager, Product Applications Manager, Applications Product Manager, Software Product Manager (or similar)
