A luxury fashion retail business based in central London are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

Reporting in to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will ensure the timely processing of invoices and payments for both UK and foreign suppliers. You will also be responsible for dealing with supplier queries, assisting with setting up new and updating existing accounts as well as reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis and additional ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have proven Accounts Payable experience and be AAT qualified. You will be able to work well within a team, be reliable and have a keen attention to detail. The candidate will be knowledgeable in VAT in regards to invoicing as well as supplier statement reconciliations. Successful candidates must have previous experience using SAP accounting software.
