A fast paced consumer business based in the City of London requires a commercially minded Analyst and Business Partner. With strong financial/commercial modelling skills you will partner senior leaders across the business to aid the business in achieving its strategic goals.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A and acting as advisor to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Regularly meet with and influence the senior management team on a variety of financial and commercial matters.
• Driving the planning and forecasting process, and holding budget managers accountable for their budgets.
• Implementing and developing key financial and commercial models to support the business.
• Developing models that allow for true transparency on business, and department performance, at a granular level.
• Challenging the business, as well as assumptions, to add true commercial value.
• Maintain financial models, and perform model audits on a regular basis.
• The continual development of all FP&A processes, procedures, and systems.
• The development of reporting tools across the business.
• Key involvement in a multitude of projects and initiatives.

Candidate requirements:

• A fully qualified accountant.
• A proven track record in financial modelling.
• The ability to influence at a senior level.
• First class communication and presenting skills.
• Proven ability to work on a largely autonomous basis.
• Highly commercially minded.
