Senior FP&A Analyst - Pharmaceuticals - Maidenhead (Hybrid) - £60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus

We are very excited to be working with a Global Pharmaceutical powerhouse on an exclusive basis as they look to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. Opportunities at this level rarely come available within the company as they tend to hire at a junior level, train, and promote. However this time around there is no one in the team ready to make the move.

A unique opportunity to secure a role within a company that has a real focus on career progression, reporting into the FP&A Manager, she tells me that this role has the potential to move into either a Finance Business Partner role or even the FP&A Manager role in the future if desired.

Having been with the company for 9 years the reason she has stayed for so long is due to the continuous growth of the company and variety of the job, she herself was recruited into the company by her current FD who joined the company 10 years ago.

An exciting time to be joining as the company is going through exponential growth with Forecasts constantly going up!

About the job itself....

  • Experience working within an FP&A function or Financial Analyst position.
  • Someone who can "get on with things" willing to chip in and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Desired experience with TM1 ideal but not essential
  • Desired experience with Oracle Hyperion is ideal but not essential
  • You MUST have advanced Excel skills, V-lookups and Pivot Tables are not advanced enough I am afraid
  • You MUST have extensive knowledge and experience using Power BI
