Some of the responsibilities will include acting as a director of/consultant to various investment funds. You will also be responsible for representing the firm to clients, legal advisors, audit firms and administrators.

Ideally you will have up to 15 years' experience in the finance/funds/ investment management industry, with a detailed understanding of mutual/hedge fund operations.
