One of the most prestigious names in real estate investment management with funds oversubscribed is currently launching its largest Pan-European fund to date.

With the fund closed, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership from inception. Your role as a Fund Controller will be to business partner with the deal team and work on acquisitions.

The calibre of the deal team is exceptional, and you can expect to be busy assisting them with acquisitions, including structuring, funds flow, SPV set-up, cash flow modelling, reviewing documentation and completion accounts; maintaining, updating and flexing financial models; and as providing financial analysis support for investment and asset management teams. Of course, you will also be managing the third-party providers who are responsible for the leg work of the accounting.

This position is a crucial hire for the firm with significant autonomy. It would be someone who can manage multiple workstreams, have a problem-solving attitude, and think on their feet. We, therefore, are looking for someone with a strong background working as a Fund Controller within a real estate fund.
