Expertise & Responsibilities - Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Windows Engineer

• Solid experience as Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Senior Windows Engineer, Windows 3^rd Line Engineer
• Essential to have solid experience of both Windows & VMware
• Solid understanding of core technologies such as Microsoft & O365, with experience working with range of infrastructure technologies, specifically those related to storage, computing & resilience capabilities eg: SQL, ESX/VMware, Veeam,
• Basic admin skills of SQL Server & SQL set up with experience of Cisco routers & switches
• Provide escalation / third line in-depth technical support for business incidents & problems across range of core technologies.
• Knowledge of Powershell automation, SCCM, configuration manager &/or VPO would be an advantage
• Ability to produce detailed Documentation
