Marks Sattin are working with a Global Organisation who are looking for an ambitious Senior Property Accountant. The client have an established reputation for long-term relationships, which allows a personalised service therefore great people skills are essential within this role. The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

• Knowledge & Experience of Client Reporting in various formats
• Production of Client Statements and supporting reports in line with Client KPI's
• Tax reporting & HMRC Submissions (CIS, VAT, NRL).
• Trial balance, Quarterly & Monthly management accounts
• Preparation and posting of income adjustments
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Distribution of Rental Income & Control of Cash Balances
• Full Client & Tenant liaison
• Attendance and presentation of financial information at client and internal meetings
• Ensuring all controls and processes are understood and adhered to by the individual and junior members of the team.
• Be able to demonstrate and implement client specific controls and procedures as required
• Service charge reviews & Cash Reconciliations
• Control of Void Liabilities & Caps
• Cashflows & Budget Variance Analysis
• Liaising with 3^rd Party Auditors:
• Supervising, setting objectives and performing appraisals of staff
• Reviewing and approving of team members work for release
• Assisting with the day to day operation of the department - approving bank transfers, approval of monthly bank reconciliations
• Assisting with the implementation of any new wins or handovers of lost clients
• Assisting in preparing tender documents and presenting at pitches
• Assisting partners with a variety of projects to improve the efficiency and performance as a department
• Training of staff
• Assisting with Data cleanse and system changes
