My client, a leading tech company, is looking to add a Site Reliability Engineering Team Lead to their growing team in Madrid🚀! As an experienced SRE Team Lead, you must have at least 5 years of experience in SRE or related fields and 2 years of experience in managing teams.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and databases.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in SRE and in managing teams.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience with security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA).
- Passion for emerging technologies and practices related to SRE and infrastructure.
- Experience in managing performance, developing career paths, and providing coaching and mentoring.
- Knowledge of incident management, monitoring best practices, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and applications.
