A boutique fund manager focusing on the renewable energy market are looking to hire into their finance team.

The business in question builds its funds exclusively around renewable energy projects in the UK and is a market leader in this field. Their finance and asset management teams have been built out by individuals with vast experience in the renewables sector, so the successful candidate will be joining a high performing team.

The role will see you take ownership of the finance duties for around 40 SPV's relating to the businesses solar energy fund; management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and general oversight. You will also get the opportunity to work on new solar acquisitions and be on a first name basis with the fund management team and the partners.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and have experience in preparing statutory and management accounts. Whilst experience in renewables isn't necessary a passion and interest for this sector is a must.

This opportunity is great chance for a finance professional who is interested in renewable energy and wants to build their career with a growing business. Time with this fund would open doors away from the back office and more towards fund management.

Remuneration in the region of £45,000 to £55,000 - depending on experience.
