Our client, a global, recently restructured manufacturing business with a strong local history are currently searching for an experienced Finance Manager to join their high achieving team.

Taking responsibility over the supply chain function you will be providing critical support to site leadership and ensuring the site runs to optimal performance levels. Within this you will be reviewing performance against budget/forecast, leading and motivating the on site finance team, business partnering operational manager and developing financial awareness of internal stakeholders, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory and group accounting procedures.

You will be an ambitious qualified Accountant who can demonstrate a thorough understanding of both management and financial accounting procedures, in line with current global standards. Ideally with a background in food, FMCG, or manufacturing you will be experienced in dealing with sales and operations, the ability to be able to to challenge and influence is key.

This is an exceptional role for a candidate looking to add depth to their skillset and CV, as the business is currently undergoing a period of transformational change. They will be able to offer the successful applicant a clear path in terms of future career development.
