My client is building their finance team in Dublin and are seeking a qualified Accountant to join their office.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Syndicate Accountant include;

• Production and review of the monthly/ quarterly financial accounts
• Analytical review of the financial information working closely with the management reporting team
• Supporting the Finance Manager and assisting on projects when necessary
• Preparation and review of key balance sheet reconciliations on a quarterly basis
• Review output of junior team members and feed into the Controller with any necessary issues

Some of the requirements for the Syndicate Accountant include;

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA Accountant
• 3rd Level Degree in finance/business/accounting
• Management/Leadership experience
• Must display the ability to mentor or coach junior team members
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
