Start your job searchA great opportunity for an experienced Finance System administrator - Governance and Projects to join a Big4 consultancy while working with Public sector bodies in a diverse and highly commercial environment. The Systems Administrator will work within System governance and projects and report to the Finance Manager
The role is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, maintaining and updating of the finance systems, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of system enhancement. The individual will also be key to ensuring robust controls are in place and that there is a continuous enhancement of the controls.
Duties will include:
- System Governance & Administration by contributing to a strong compliance culture and ensuring robust internal controls and audit standards are achieved and maintained
- Stakeholder support, efficient and effective query resolution
- Manage the day-to-day updates to the finance system including ensuring day to day issues are managed and controlled
- User Access Management (UAM): Audit of all users and access assigned
- Identify, plan and implement regulatory/statutory updates to the systems and processes.
- Work with the finance manager and BI team to design and develop reporting dashboards in line with central finance requirements.
- Develop and deliver system training and training documents to wider organisation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working with finance systems and modules including Agresso or similar;
- Strong controls and risk experience with experience in audit would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Capacity to proactively and constructively contribute to team tasks;
- Strong MS Office and MS Excel skills;
