As Technical Support Analyst you will provide local on-site support for availability management and global/regional project implementation activity ensuring local infrastructure delivers to business expectations (SLA).

Expertise & Responsibility

• Experience with Windows 7, MS Exchange, Office 365, Mobile Technology, Printer Technology, DNS, DHCP, Switches and Routers.
• Working knowledge of desktop, laptop, server and printer computer hardware dependencies and relationships of networks, phones, mobiles, PC's operation systems, databases etc
• Experience of technical implementation with solid understanding of Microsoft and networking technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders is essential
• Recognised IT qualification would be beneficial
