Marks Sattin are currently working with a large FMCG business to assist in the recruitment of a Test Lead on a 2 year FTC for a major programme of works.

You will manage the planning & test delivery, while providing advice and support on all testing aspects relating to the project.

Duties;

• Engage with projects and business stakeholders early in the testing lifecycle to ensure alignment with the overall testing approach.
• Provide project milestones and plans to the manager.
• Build Relationships with colleagues inside & outside of Project Delivery, Stakeholders and third parties, as required.
• Identify Test Requirements and best approach to test coverage.
• Coaching and mentoring of team members.
• Test project planning, tracking and estimation.
• Applying quality standards to all tasks.

Skills;

• Be proficient in software testing.
• Test management and budgetary control experience.
• Experience of project planning and control techniques.
• Experience of software testing tools.
