The Opportunity:
Globally Renowned Investment Manager is looking for an Associate Director to lead their Trade Operations team as they onshore their middle office operations to satisfy their client expectations. This hire will be responsible for the delivery of their UK and APAC operational services for the full trade lifecycle covering equities and public fixed income products.

The Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of professionals focusing on accurate and timely transaction processing of Equities and Public Fixed Income products
• Work closely with front office and business partners to provide daily operational support included but not limited to trade capture, trade matching and confirmation, settlements, failed trade management, claims management, cancel/correct processing, and reconciliation
• Act as a subject matter expert on firm's operational workflows and processes for equities and fixed income
• Develop strong client relationships and partner with front office and IT to realize the full potential of operational workflows
• Assist Operational lead with any Regulatory Change projects
  
  The Role:
• 7 Years' experience across Trade Operations with full understanding across equities, corporate bonds, treasuries, ABS, CMOs etc
• Understanding of the lifecycle of the trade from execution to settlement
• Knowledge of Order Management Systems, in particular Aladdin
• Senior stakeholder management experience
