They are looking to further expand their Support Team in order to further develop their service, which includes; providing technical support, implementing pioneering technical solutions and, ultimately, completing their transition into BAU operation.

Roles & Responsibilties:

• Provide 2^nd line technical support, being a point of contact to answer support queries

• Maintaining and monitoring the CMS platform and application layer in order to identify any problems and resolve them accordingly

• Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries and adhering to service management principles, working to defined SLA's.

• Maintaining and improving the production servers, applications and networking.

• Ensure uptime of the CMS

• Maintaining security by managing a continuous data loss prevention programme, in order to safeguard the company's data.

• Engaging with 3^rd party hosting provider regarding any incidents or problems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in deploying, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft technologies

• Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL scripting is essential. - Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, HYPER-V). - IIS - Perfmon - Windows system security patching

• Knowledge and experience managing the following networks: - HTTPS, DNS, VLANs, VPN, TCP/IP, VPN, Reverse Proxy

• Knowledge of deploying applications and building systems

• Some experience working with Microsoft Azure and OMS

• ITIL certificate at foundation level
