LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICES EXPERT / ACCOUNT MANAGER

Brilliant opportunity for a really team-orientated and experienced customer services expert/account manager to join this world class account management team who manage a very high profile group of customers.

Many of their clients are repeat so this role is most definitely about keeping the customer fully satisifed, looking at ways of further enhancing customer services levels, and offering a stellar account management service to ensure all their requests are met within deadlines.

You'll be working with a group of people who take their careers very seriously, and who are hugely adaptable in their ways of working, and who are able to work in line with business expansion and react positively to business demands given this is a high growth business. You will also help with any service or pricing queries, and will escalate these if necessary.

Key to this role will be your customer service delivery skills and your ability to provide face to face business solutions once the world returns to normal!
