A well-established accountancy practice in Greater Manchester are looking for a qualified Commercial Property Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The team provide outsourced services to family offices, property companies and property funds who are primarily London based.

Responsibilities:

• Update of accounting records and preparation of financial reports - management accounts, cash flow reports, tax returns for a portfolio of property clients
• Proactively and regularly liaise with clients and deliver a bespoke and tailored high level service. Manage client expectations and deadlines and review pricing and payment terms on an annual basis
• Coordinate the statutory accounts preparation and tax compliance work
• Quote for new outsourcing opportunities as they arise and follow up
• Effectively and efficiently plan workload and prioritise accordingly
• Provide support and training to other team members where needed

Requirements for role:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with property related experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised and time management skills
• Commercial approach and attention to detail
