• Position: Accounts assistant
• Location: Manchester City Centre
• Salary: £16000 - £18000
• Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
• Reporting to: Finance Director

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Producing Sales Ledger invoices
• Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
• Daily Cashiering and Bank Reconciliation
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Assisting with ad-hoc accounts tasks
• Excellent interpersonal & team work skills cultivating long term relationships at all levels of own & customer's organisation

Requirements:

• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience in analytical role
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Xero (desirable)
