Start your job searchMarks Sattin are pleased to be working closely with a rapidly growing Recruitment Consultancy, located in the heart of the City, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team within a newly created post.
Reporting in to the business' Management Accountant, this role would suit someone with 1-2 years' experience within a junior accounting position, with particular experience in payroll, as this is essential for the role due to the nature of the business.
Further duties include:
- Full invoice management for both contract and temporary placements
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll (ideally you will have experience with limited company contractors)
- HMRC reporting
- Statutory accounts
To be considered for the role candidates must have experience managing payroll and the desire to take on further responsibility, as well as being able to demonstrate attention to detail and excellent organisational skill.
This is a varied and fast paced role that will provide the right candidate an excellent opportunity to broaden their exposure and acquire new skills particularly as the business continues to grow, as well as receive support to study.
