Start your job searchA brilliant opportunity has just become available to join a rapidly growing healthcare organisation, looking after their global Accounts Payable function.
This business have a diverse, international presence and are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who enjoys working in a high paced, exciting environment and have the capabilities to look after the Purchase Ledger function.
The Role:
- Entering and posting of all documents related to purchase ledger including purchase orders, invoices, employee expenses and company credit card transactions
- Preparation of payment runs, managing supplier payment requests and terms
- Assisting month, quarterly and year end processes and reconciliations
- Assisting with a variety of internal & external audit tasks
- Liaising with suppliers to monitor and solve invoice or account queries
- Ad-hoc administrative and finance related tasks
The Candidate:
- Experience of working in a high volume accounts payable function
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Some experience of international suppliers would be beneficial
- AAT part qualified would be desirable
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, with particular emphasis on Excel
