An internationally recognised cosmetic company is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant. The role is to start immediately and is initially on a 3 month basis, with the potential to turn permanent. The company is based in the heart of London and is currently undergoing a restructure due to growth, hence why the role has come about.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing payments
• Statement and ledger reconciliations
• Processing employee expenses
• Liaising with suppliers and answering any queries they may have

You will have at least 1 years experience in an accounts payable role; it is also desirable that you have used SAP in a previous role. This is a really good opportunity for someone who is looking to work with a global cosmetic company at this exciting time.
