An excellent experience has arisen for a luxury Retailer based in central London on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working in a team of 5 assisting with stock and inventory invoice processing and ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing stock and inventory invoices
• Sole responsibility of processing all debit/credit card reconciliations to correct accounts
• helping with purchase orders/sales orders and clearing orders of ageing transactions
• Tracking purchase receipts/information through internal system and email channels
• updating PO's against actual cost/supplier

Key Skills

• Must have stock inventory experience
• Experience at using Netsuite or other large ERP system
• Must come from a Retail/FMCG experience
• Good excel skills
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
