Marks Sattin is currently working with a global organization based in Abingdon, who are recruiting for an Accounts Payables Clerk on an initial 6 Month Contract basis to join their team. The role would be perfect for someone with 2-3 years experience working in a fast paced working environment, and would be beneficial to candidates whom have previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 software package.

The role is fully remote working until restriction ease & government guidance allows entry back into the office.

The duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Matching, batching, checking & coding invoices.
• Maintaining the Payables inbox.
• Preparing the weekly payment runs.
• Setting up new supplier accounts.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Maintaining strong relatoinships w/ clients & customers.
