A successful hospitality and catering business based in South East London is looking for an Accounts Payable Controller to join their team.

Reporting into the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for coding, batching and processing supplier invoices whilst business partnering with other teams across the business to ensure all invoices are signed off and authorised. You will have full management of supplier accounts, dealing with queries and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner whilst ensuring compliance with existing company procedures and HMRC. You will also be responsible for managing and paying company expenses, gathering all company credit and debit card receipts, creditor reconciliations and additional ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in accounts payable and experience dealing with high volumes. You must show good initiative and the ability to structure work load appropriately. Good Excel skills are essential and previous experience using Sage 200 is preferable.
