We are working with a well-established business based in Nuneaton. We are now seeking an Accounts Payable Senior Administrator.

The Role

Specifically, the Accounts Payable Senior Administrator position will involve the following tasks:

• Processing high volume of invoices per day
• Liaising with and managing supplier expectations and queries by phone
• Complex query management
• Resolution of supplier queries
• Provide support to other AP team members
• Build relationships with the key personnel across the business to ensure processing queries are efficiently resolved
• Supporting any process and system changes that are implemented for the improvement of the AP Process and department deliverables

Person specification

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will ideally have a background in invoice processing high volumes of invoices per day, with a positive and enthusiastic personality. Someone who ideally has worked within a prestigious organisation or a market leading business. This role will suit someone with solid experience across all areas of accounts payable, who is used to working in a busy office environment. To be considered for this role you will be soon finishing an assignment or currently immediately available for work and looking for a permanent role. Ideally experienced in European languages, French, Spanish, Dutch speaking/translation skills.
