Our clients accountancy firm client is undergoing an expansion and is looking to hire a Accounts Senior/Client Manager to complement their established office in Warwickshire.

Role

Whilst the rewards for the successful candidate is exceptional,the role does require an entrepreneurial accountant to work alongside an established, high producing and well-respected team.

With the support of our client's head office, the Senior Accountant/Client Manager will be involved in networking and business development throughout Birmingham and the wider West Midlands area.

Ideally suited towards a career-oriented, ambitious and no-stereotypical accountant this exciting opportunity isn't one to be missed.

As well as being an effective communicator, the successful Accounts Senior/Client Manager will also have excellent technical accounting skills to enable them to oversee and review accounts and work of more junior staff.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant/Client Manager will undertake the following duties:

•  Building and maintaining successful client relationships
•  Final preparation of statutory accounts for SME's
•  Final preparation of personal tax returns and company tax returns
•  Management accounts and associated commentary
•  Portfolio management including management of WIP and billing
•  Liaising with clients whilst providing financial information and advice
•  Reviewing systems and analysing risks
•  Reviewing the work of part qualified and qualified Semi Seniors and Junior Accountants

Requirement

What is crucial to this firm, is that the successful Accounts Senior/Client Manager has a confident manner especially when having to deal with clients on a day-to-day basis, and a strong communicator.

- ACCA/ACA Qualified

- Minimum of 3 Years Accountancy Practice experience
