A leading Global Fuel Oil Trading Organisation is now recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join their growing finance team.
The Main responsibilities include:
- Multi-currency Bank Reconciliations.
- Monthly AP and AR reconciliations and counterparty circularisation.
- General Ledger maintenance and reconciliations as required.
- Posting invoices to the ledgers, manual invoicing as required.
- Cash receipts and payments.
- Assistance with quarterly VAT returns.
- General Ledger work and reconciliations as required.
- Assistance with monthly reporting.
- Intercompany accounting.
- Expenses processing.
- Updating the Trading System.
The ideal candidate will be studying ACCA or CIMA. The client is looking for a well organised, team player with a strong attention to detail. Being able to work hard under pressure is fundamental.
