One of the world's largest advertising company's based in central London are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst position to join their fast pace team.

This role is a critical part of the finance team to support the end to end SOX, internal audit and internal control procedures. Responsibilities will include pre-audit testing, preparation of the monthly SOX pack and providing commentary, reviewing SOX schedules for fixed assets, intercompany balances, aged debtors and accrued revenue, SOX review and approval controls, time sheet reporting to ensure compliance and additional ad hoc duties and projects.

The successful candidate will have strong academics and strong transactional finance skills. Ideally you will have experience dealing with audit and compliance and have effective understanding of Sarbanes Oxley. Good organisation and communication skills are key, and it is essential that you have strong Excel skills.
