Marks Sattin are currently partnering with a Global Professional Services organisation in Leeds City centre who are looking for an Assistant Financial Control Accountant.

The successful candidate will be dynamic and ambitious. You will have the ability to communicate with people across the business at all levels and have excellent attention to detail. Duties will include:

• Support the assurance of Finance regulatory policy, processes, governance and controls
• Focus on operational and access controls
• Provide systems and technology development within the business
• Support the compliance division of the business with continuous improvement
• Supporting the Finance Change Management process, ensuring all finance process changes are appropriately communicated to key stakeholders for review
• Managing consistent Finance governance and controls frameworks
• Maintaining robust and regular controls reviews across key finance processes through regular reporting
• Ensuring data integrity and resolving any issues arising
• Managing the approvals processes for finance systems user access
• Support the global finance teams with access to banking platforms
• Day to day contact with banking institutions
• Coordinate day-to-day business continuity management requirements
