One of Thames Valley's larger accounting firms is looking to employ an Audit & Accounts Manager to join an experienced team with a reputation for excellence. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client portfolios
• Assignment planning to meet budgets and recoverability of fees required
• Regularly review work to ensure compliance standards are met
• Client interaction and informing senior audit team of progress
• Assist with the analysis of WIP
• Apply up-to-date technical knowledge at all times and advising when necessary
• Completion of annual reviews in conjunction with partners
• Actively assist senior management in achieving financial targets

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience within an Accounting & Advisory role. You will encourage the effective use of IT throughout the team including audit and accounts packages as well as MS Excel, Outlook and Practice Engine. Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills will also be essential for reporting to partners and clients.
